As human beings we are presented with opportunities to cross thresholds in life.
These thresholds often involve an impending career or relationship change, a health or leadership challenge, a spiritual awakening, or even brushes with death.
These thresholds are moments in time where we have the opportunity to undergo a transition-- albeit a transformation-- to grow as humans, test limiting beliefs, break generational patterns, enlarge our capacity to be with our discomfort and emotions, live in our bodies more fully, and expand our consciousness.
Suzanne helps conscious aspiring individuals navigate these transitions.
Equine-Assisted Coaching
Across cultures, horses are viewed both as sources of worldly power and as formidable conduits for spiritual connection, reflection, and healing.
When humans partner with horses, they inevitably experience the strength, freedom, and Universal guidance horses offer.
Horses have an innate ability to serve as mirrors, reflecting our behavior, energy, and emotions, while aiding in the navigation of personal and professional challenges. Through their innate instincts, horses provide valuable insight and feedback that facilitate profound and rapid growth.
Horses have a prescient energy that can bring humans into a calm and meditative state of mind and space. This ability comes from their large, powerful hearts, where the human nervous system is able to entrain to the coherent electromagnetic field that their hearts create. In the horse’s energetic field, the human is called fully into the body, where regulation becomes available.
The equine-assisted coaching experience with Suzanne involves horse as teacher and Suzanne as your guide.
Through custom groundwork (not riding) practices, Suzanne safely introduces you to the beauty, grace, wisdom and presence of horses.
It is in this grounded, lovingly-held container that clients can achieve heightened levels of present moment awareness and access deeper emotional intelligence and healing—reflecting an ability to source innate power, reach hidden parts of the heart, and hear the voice of the Soul.
Sessions take place in Marin or Sonoma County, approximately 50 miles north of San Francisco.

Clients previously or currently enrolled in an individual or group coaching offering with Suzanne have the opportunity for 1:1 periodic mentoring around their current situation in life, spirit, health or leadership. Contact Suzanne directly for scheduling.
New clients who have not worked with Suzanne in the past or present may apply for 1:1 mentoring.
